What Lies Beneath: Week 16

Good news! The last piece of artwork for What Lies Beneath has come in. Earlier today we prepared the final PDF, as well as the files for printing! From here, it usually takes a couple days before the printer OK's the files and we can order the printing proof. Then it's generally a two to three week turn around time for us to receive the proof and approve it. After that, print rewards will be sent out for all backers....

We're still waiting on that one last piece of art for What Lies Beneath. We've been in contact with the artist and he assures us that it'll be done by February 23rd -- that is, a week from today....

Statement on the Revised OGL

Over the past several weeks, we at Tab Creations have been following the announcement of a new Open Gaming License (OGL) closely. The updated version recently released by Hasbro and its subsidiary Wizards of the Coast affects us directly, as we currently use the OGL 1.0a to make our game mechanics available to the community....

What Lies Beneath: Week 11

This past week we released the initial version of the What Lies Beneath PDF to backers! Since then we've been integrating in feedback that we've receved from fans. We also received back more pieces of finished art and made good progress writing the unlocked One-Sheet Scenarios. Meanwhile, our semi-annual company meeting took place yesterday (expect to hear more about our future plans in future posts). And the quickstarter for The Forslin Job has been prepared, including ordering the printing proof....

What Lies Beneath: Week 10

We made excellent progress this week! Page references were added to the layout, the table of contents was generated and three art pieces came in, including the art for the poster map. As things currently stand, the book only needs the index and the last few pieces of art. We also finished proofing The Forslin Job....

The last couple weeks have contained major holidays, so our work availability was reduced, but this week things are back to full swing!...
