White smoke on startup and coolant disappearing slowly

I've got a 2013 Jeep Wrangler JK with the 3.6 Pentastar. Over the past few months I've noticed a puff of white smoke on cold startup, and I'm losing about a liter of coolant every few weeks with no visible leaks. The oil looks normal, no milkshake. A friend said it could be the head gasket failing between a coolant passage and a cylinder. I need to find a shop that offers Top-Tier Gasket Mussafah Service and can do a combustion leak test and a cylinder leak down test. Has anyone here had the early signs of head gasket failure on the Pentastar and caught it before the engine overheated? Also wondering if a cracked cylinder head is common on these engines. The car has 140k km and I'm worried about a big repair bill. Any advice on what to check first or a good gasket specialist in Mussafah would be great. Thanks.
